Hope Suspension 61
[Paolo Rizzatto]
Description
The Luceplan Hope Suspension 61 is the smallest pendant lamp from this comprehensive series of lamps. It has a diameter of 61 cm and a height of 49 cm. Like the other lights in this series, it consists of a three-dimensional steel structure with transparent arms attached. On the arms, thin Fresnel lenses are again attached, which break the light like glass through prism-treated films. This creates numerous, impressive reflections on the walls.
The Hope Suspension 61 was created by the designers Francisco Gomez Paz and Paolo Rizzatto in the year 2009, following the inspiration of the Hope Diamond, one of the most expensive and famous diamonds in the world. The collection has already won several design prizes such as the Red Dot Design Award 2010 and the Compasso d'Oro ADI Award 2011. The cable with a length of 270 cm can be shortened if necessary. The light can be dimmed on site.
