The Betec Minimus was further developed from the Clarus picture light. Like the Clarus, it has a rotatable lamp head, but the lamp head of the Minimus is thicker with a diameter of 1.8 cm. This lamp was developed for the use of a Duo LED. A Duo LED consists of two LEDs in one housing and therefore has a particularly high light output. As a side effect, the picture light also brightens up the room. The emitted light is mainly radiated onto the respective object, but at the same time, part of the light is also reflected into the room, thus creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The Minimus is ideal for illuminating pictures, menus and music stands. Here it is offered with a length of 89.1 cm and a projection of 15 cm (bracket type 15). It is available in the following finishes: brass glossy, brass matt, chrome, nickel glossy, nickel matt, burnished, black matt, gold glossy and gold matt. With the supplied mounting set, the lamp can easily be attached directly to a picture or to the wall. As standard, the picture light has a colour temperature of 2,700 Kelvin extra warm white. On request, it is also available with 2,400 Kelvin extra warm white, 3,000 Kelvin warm white or 3,100 Kelvin white. The integrated LED is characterised by very good colour rendering with a high colour rendering index of Ra >90. A touch dimmer is offered as an accessory, with which the lamp can be switched and dimmed by touch. In addition, the lamp is available in two other lengths and with a projection of 20 cm.
