The Anglepoise Original 1227 Lamp with Desk Insert is a lamp that is built into a table. Thanks to proven tension spring technology, the articulated arm can be readjusted and adjusted again and again. Thanks to this tension spring technology, the recessed light remains in any set position. The steel lamp shade can be rotated and swivelled. The Original 1227 Lamp with Desk Insert was designed by British industrial designer George Carwadine as early as 1935. It has retained its iconic design and proven tension spring technology to this day. The recessed lamp is available in dove grey, bright chrome, linen white and jet black. The lamp shade and the articulated arm are made of aluminum, the desk insert is made of cast iron. An on/off switch is integrated on the 200 cm long cable of the table lamp. Compact fluorescent lamps or LED retrofit can be used for this lamp. A table base in the matching surface is included in the scope of delivery.
